I'll have a go; I worked as an digital print account manager using Igen when I started in print, we had the thing twelve months. We ended up with engineers on site full time for the last 3 months before swapping to HP. I have now moved to a new company working with HP 3050 and 5500, both of which I would put above an Igen through my own experience of all aspects you mentioned. However I am lead to believe that the Igen have been improved pretty siginficantly since I was working with it, making then much more reliable.
