Royal Mail is seeking a judicial review of Postcomm’s decision to reject plans for the introduction of a retail zonal pricing scheme.

I would have thought Royal Mail would have been better advised to seek a change to the universal service obligation to allow then to achieve more economic deliveries in rural areas. However, I am guessing that this may be a political no-no. Matthew Parker www.printandprocurement.com
