    Taxiprinters - Be Aware

To ALL printing companies, please be VERY aware of company calling itself Taxiprinters/Printing First who are based in St. Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex.  The Director/Proprietor is called David Gale.  He will spin you the most fantastic stories of how much work he can give you and gives you references to contact who profess to have dealt with him for years and settles his bills within 20 days, unfortunately (for us) they were also in on the scam.  We were given a cheque for the total amount payable (just shy of £10,000) which subsequently 'bounced'. We have tried to contact Mr Gale by phone, email and visits but it seems he is nowhere to be found, although I have my suspicions he visits the Philippines regularly. I have since found out that he is still taking orders for taxi cards & leaflets (with money paid up front) but not delivering the goods.

    Michael,

You are 100% correct and sadly far from alone. Please contact me via email.

Dave Gale is also operating as PMPC and still not paying for his printing.

Why would you let anyone take 10K of printing before the chq has cleared

To be honest you should of done credit checks on him and his home address and bank account etc before any credit was offered

What a silly costly mistake, but hey printers make enough to claim this amount back in no time,
