What would an industry best practice website look like?

Does anyone have any thoughts on what would make a Print Service Provider website stand out from the crowd?

Which of the following functions should be consider must have/nice to have etc.

    1. About Us sections
    2. List of equipement
    3. Online quoting
    4. Upload artwork facility
    5. web-to-print templates
    6. ecommerce
    7. contact us

Also what about definite non-starters i.e. flaming logos etc.

I would say things like list of equipment is better represented with a list of the type of work you can undertake. Online quoting/ecommerce is probably the most important - making sure that the form includes a phone number that you can follow up in case of an incomplete transaction. Plus upload artwork and web to print templates. Also chances are a lot of traffic might be general consumers looking for printers of the Lexmark variety - so you could benefit from offering more consumer oriented services such as photobooks and that kind of thing.
